About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378
According to Item 2 of Article 8 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378 "About the qualifiers used for filling of customs papers" changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
The provisions provided by the subitem "b" of Item of 1 changes (appendix to this Decision) extend to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2018.

1. In subsection 1.1 of the qualifier of privileges on customs payment (Appendix 7):
a) to add line item with the AF code with words ", and concerning civilian passenger airliners of subsubline item of 8802 40 003 5 CN FEA EEU imported into the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 inclusive on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for present purposes";
b) after line item with the EXPERT code to add with line item of the following content:
