include in structure of the called commission Malkina Iya to Vitalyevn - the First Deputy Minister of natural resources and environmental protection, Vezhnovts Ivan Valeryevich - the deputy minister of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, having excluded from it I. M. Kachanovsky and I. A. Fomin;
shall be replaced with words the words "The Crest Sergey Nikolaevich Is the Head of Department of Energy Efficiency of the Department of Energy (the Secretary of the Commission)" "Crest Sergey Nikolaevich is the head of department of energy efficiency, ecology and science of the Department of Energy (secretary of the Commission)".
