1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2011, No. 24, 5/33363; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.03. 2013, 5/36976; 02:07. 2015, 5/40722; 01:02. 2017, 5/43298), following changes:
to state subitem 5.5-3 of Item 5 in the following edition:
"5.5-3. approves the rules of the organization and (or) carrying out gamblings (except for gamblings, the rule of the organization and (or) carrying out which are determined by their software and (or) technical documentation) approved by organizers of gamblings;";
to exclude Items 11-12-1 of appendix 2 to this Provision.
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2019.
