Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2007 No. 464 "About approval of Administrative regulations of Federal agency on management of special economic zones on execution of the state function "The Organization of Reception of Citizens, Ensuring Timely and Complete Examination of Addresses of Citizens, Adoption on Them of Decisions and the Direction of Answers to Applicants in the Time Established by the Legislation of the Russian Federation" (registration No. 11101) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on February 4, 2008.
