About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of April 27, 2018 No. 16

Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of April 27, 2018 No. 16 "About approval of forms of the departmental reporting "About the made and allotted control facilities" and "About the used control facilities" and recognition No. 34 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2014" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.05.2018, 8/33173) the following changes:
1.1. in Item 3 of the word "quarter the accruing result since the beginning of year" and "20 dates, following reporting quarter" to replace respectively with the words "half-year" and "on July 20 (on January 20)";
1.2. form of the departmental reporting of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus "About the made and allotted control facilities", approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows it (is applied);
1.3. form of the departmental reporting of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus "About the used control facilities", approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
