Bring in the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2010 No. 359 "About approval of Rules of issue and the bases for refusal in issue of permissions to accomplishment of the international irregular flights" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6463, it is published on October 5, 2010 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper No. 262 (26323) the following change:
