1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

"139) in coordination with the authorized body performing management in spheres of natural monopolies in time no later than May fifteenth approves marginal prices of wholesale of commodity gas in the domestic market the forthcoming year;
140) in coordination with the authorized body performing management in spheres of natural monopolies, in time not later than fifteen calendar days prior to the beginning of the planned period approves ceiling prices of the liquefied oil gas realized within the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of electronic trading platforms for the forthcoming quarter;
141) is performed by monitoring of production, transportation (transportation), storage, shipment and realization commodity, liquefied oil and liquefied natural gas;";
