About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Law on judicial system No. 514/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 62), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (1) Article 6-1 in both cases of the word of "the electronic program for administration" shall be replaced with words "The integrated management program cases".
2. Add the law with Article 6-2 of the following content:
"Article 6-2. The integrated management program cases
(1) the Integrated management program cases is single for all degrees of jurisdiction, being component of information judicial system. Its use is obligatory for all degrees of jurisdiction.
(2) Administration by the Integrated management program cases and ensuring control of its functionality is performed by Agency on administration of degrees of jurisdiction.".
3. In Item k) parts (Article 16-1 and in Article 54 of the word to "Department of judicial administration" shall be replaced with words 1) to "Agency on administration of degrees of jurisdiction".
Art. II. - Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 63), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 6:
Item b) parts (to state 1) in the following edition:
"b) having the diploma of the licentiate and the diploma of the master of laws or other equivalent education document recognized by the structure given the right of recognition and establishment of equivalence of education documents and qualifications;";
part (2) after words "law professors in accredited higher educational institutions," to add with words "the teacher of National institute of justice in the field of the right,".
