About approval of Changes in the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 40, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 56 Laws of Ukraine
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about interbank money transfer to Ukraine in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 16, 2006 No. 320, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 6, 2006 for No. 1035/12909 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Yablunivsky A. N.) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine and the Public treasurer service of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
