About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 73 of the Law on environmental protection No. 1515/1993 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1993, No. 10, Art. 283), with subsequent changes, word "and glass fight, provided in appendix 3 to the Law on production wastes and consumption No. 1347-HSh of October 9, 1997", shall be replaced with words ", the glass fight and waste of cotton provided in appendix 7 of the Law on waste No. 209/2016,".
Art. II. - The table of appendix 7 of the Law on waste No. 209/2016 (2016, Art. No. 459-471, 916), with subsequent changes, after goods item 47 07 90 900 to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the following line item:
