About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that:

a) state examinations of the project documentation and (or) results of engineering researches, checks of reliability of determination of estimated cost of construction, reconstruction, modernization (if such rearmament is connected with construction or reconstruction of capital construction project), capital repairs of capital construction projects, works on preserving objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) the people of the Russian Federation, begun before entry into force of this resolution, are subject to completion by bodies (public institutions) which began them;

b) repeated state examinations of the project documentation and (or) results of engineering researches, the repeated checks of estimated cost specified in the subitem "an" of this Item are carried out by bodies (public institutions) which were carrying out primary state examination and (or) check.
