Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 22, 2010 ZR-244-N "About funded pensions" (further - the Law):
Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1) the personified accounting - according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the personified accounting of the income tax, income tax and social payment;";
Item 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2) the individual entrepreneur - according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the individual entrepreneur", except for the individual entrepreneurs who are engaged in the types of activity included in the list of Appendix No. 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About tax benefits of self-employed persons" and also the individual entrepreneurs who are considered only by the subject of family entrepreneurship established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia;";
Item 7 to declare 3) invalid;
Item 9 to state 4) in the following edition:
