About modification and amendments in the law of the Republic of Armenia "About games with prize, games with prize on the Internet and gaming houses"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 13, 2003 ZR-1-N "About games with prize, games with prize on the Internet and gaming houses" (further - the Law):

The tenth paragraph to state 1) in the following edition:

"authorized body - the Ministry of Finance;";

To add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"monitoring body - Committee of state revenues.".

Article 2. In parts 1 and 3 of Article 9, parts 1 and 2 of Article 10, parts 1 and 2 of Article 12, of part 1, the Item "and" of part 2 and part 4 of article 13 of the Law of the word "authorized body" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "monitoring body".

Article 3. To state article 11 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 11. The responsibility measures applied for violation of this Law

1. In case of violation of this Law the monitoring body applies the following measures of responsibility to the organizer:

a) prevention and recommendation about elimination of violations;

b) penalty.

2. In case of violation of requirements of the Items of part 2 and "e1" of part 2.1 of article 6 of this Law of measure of responsibility are applied according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About currency control and currency exchange control".

3. In case of violation of the Items "b2" of part 2 and "a1" and "b4" of part 2.1 of article 6 of this Law of measure of responsibility are applied according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing".
