In the Order of the Government No. 594/2011 about approval of Special requirements to import and movement of plants, vegetable products and on the territory of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 131-133, 665) to make the following changes:
The word "and" to exclude 1) in the name of the resolution after words of "vegetable products";
2) in appendix:
a) add preamble with the text at the end: ", item 4 of appendix to the Directive on application (EU) 2017/1279 Commissions of July 14, 2017 about change of appendices I-IV to the Directive 2000/29/EU of Council on protective measures against import in Community of some harmful organisms for plants or vegetable products, and against their distribution in Community, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 184 of July 15, 2017, and the Directive on application (EU) 2017/1920 Commissions of October 19, 2017 about change of appendix IV to the Directive 2000/29/EU of Council on free circulation of seeds of plants of type of Solanum tuberosum L., coming from the Union, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 271 of October 20, 2017.";
b) Section 1:

"Wood packaging material:
a) it is made of the wood purified of bark as "The management on regulation of packaging materials from wood in international trade" is specified in appendix No. 1 to the International standard on phytosanitary measures No. 15;
