About modification of some Orders of the Government
The government DECIDES:
1. In the Order of the Government No. 472/2008 about statement of structure of National committee on suppression of human trafficking and Regulations on National committee (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 69-71, 453) to make the following changes:
1) in the resolution:
state Items 1-1 and 1-2 in the following edition:
"1-1. Organizational, information support and conducting works on clerical work for implementation of activities of National committee on fight against human trafficking is provided with responsible division of the State office which performs function of permanent secretariat of National committee.
1-2. The position of the secretary of National committee on fight against human trafficking is taken up by the nominated person from responsible division of the State office.";
declare Item 1-3 invalid;
2) in appendix No. 2:
in Item 2 of the word "deputy prime minister" to exclude, and shall be replaced with words the words "Minister of Labour, Social Protection and Family" "the Minister of Health, work and social protection";
in Item 3 of the word "Permanent secretariat of National committee on fight against human trafficking as a part of the State office; and also" shall be replaced with words the secretary of the Supreme council of safety ", as well as the secretary of National committee on fight against human trafficking and the secretary of the Supreme council of safety";
the first offer of Item 6 to exclude;
in Item 9 of the word "its permanent secretariat" shall be replaced with words "responsible division of the State office";
in Item 9-1 of the word "permanent secretariat of National committee" shall be replaced with words "the secretary of National committee";
declare Item 10 invalid.
