About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About notariate"

Article 1. "About notariate" (further - the Law) to state part 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 4, 2001 to ZR-274 in the following edition:
"1. In cases of temporary absence of the notary in the notarial district or suspensions of its activities, and also dismissal on the bases established by parts 1 and 2 of article 17 of this Law, and also the termination of powers on the bases provided by part 4 of the same Article the Minister of Justice according to the offer to notarial chamber or on the initiative assigns implementation of notarial actions for temporary absence of the notary or suspension of its activities, and in case of dismissal or the termination of powers - it is termless, on other notary.".
Article 2. Part 1 of article 46 of the Law after the word "Government". add with the new offer of the following content: "The form of the certificate on qualification is established by the Ministry of Justice.".
Article 3. To add article 62 of the Law with parts 1.1-1.3 following of content:
"1.1. Heirs of the died persons can address in writing any notary of the notarial district which is the place of opening of inheritance and to receive from it the certificate on inheritance.
1.2. From notaries, working in one notarial district, the certificate on the right to inheritance on property of the same testator is granted by that notary to whom the first submitted the application for inheritance acceptance.
1.4. Irrespective of number of the notaries working in one notarial district in one notarial district can conduct only one general register and registration of heritable cases.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
