About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About change to the person of bodies and (or) fabrics"

Article 1. "About change to the person of bodies and (or) fabrics" (further - the Law) to state part 2 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 16, 2002 to ZR-324 in the following edition:
"It is forbidden to turn the bodies and fabrics taken from the living or cadaveric donor into profit source.
In sense of this Law, profit obtaining or the requirement or the promise of obtaining or adoption of the offer of money, property, the right to property, securities or other benefit personally or through the intermediary for themselves or other person is considered.".
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd Article 2. 1, Articles 3, of 4, of 5, the 9th Item "in" part 1 of article 10 of the Law of the word "Government of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "authorized body".
Article 3. To state article 15 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 15. Action of international treaties
In case of contradiction between regulations of the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Armenia, and this Law regulations of international treaties are applied.".
Article 4. Add the law with Article 15.1 of the following content:
"Article 15.1. Responsibility in case of violation of requirements of this Law
Violation of requirements of this Law attracts the responsibility provided by this law.".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
