About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About probation"

Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 17, 2016 of ZR-48-N "About probation (further - the Law) words of "justice of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "corresponding".
Article 2. To recognize parts 1 and 5 of article 52 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. In article 55 of the Law:
Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. Direct management of service of probation is performed by the chief of service of probation.".
Article 4. In article 67 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions" "About remuneration of persons;
2) regarding 2 words "the holding state positions" shall be replaced with words "the holding state positions and positions of public service".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
