Military uniform of clothes of officers and ensigns (except officers and warrant officers (ensigns) of Navy, officers having ship military ranks, and warrant officers of bodies of the Federal Security Service, the officers and warrant officers (ensigns) of sea parts of boundary bodies of the Federal Security Service and the educational organizations of sea profile of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, officers having ship military ranks, and warrant officers of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, officers and ensigns of sea parts (divisions) of the specified troops, the female military personnel)
state Item 2 in the following edition:
