About entering of amendments into the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "The electoral code of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Article 44 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "The electoral code of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) to add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. During the referenda precinct election commissions are created taking into account requirements according to the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "About referendum" and the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local referendum".

Article 2. To add part 2 of article 51 of the Law with Items 24.1-24.7 of the following content:

"24. 1) registers initiative group on holding referenda and stops registration;

24. 2) establishes forms and procedure for filling of forms of petition for the purpose of holding referendum;

24. 3) is established by procedure for the announcement of accession to petition this in notarial procedure;

24. 4) is established by procedure for confirmation of authenticity of signatures for the purpose of holding referenda;

24. 5) is established by procedure for provision of halls and other structures to the parties of propaganda of referenda;

24. 6) the procedure for provision of free and paid broadcasting time on mass media to the parties of propaganda of referenda establishes, number of hours and the schedule;

24. 7) is performed by confirmation of authenticity of the signatures collected for the purpose of holding referenda;".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 52 of the Law with Items 12.1 and 12.2 of the following content:

"12. 1) in the cases and procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local referendum" registers initiative group on holding local referendum and stops registration;
