About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About investment funds"

Article 1. In article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 22, 2010 ZR-245-N "About investment funds" (further - the Law):
Item 10 of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"10) in valuable paper and the derivative financial instruments which are not provided by Items 1-9 of this part which total cost shall not exceed 10 percent of total cost of assets of fund.";
Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2. Assets of open-end fund cannot be invested in the precious metals or securities granting the right to their acquisition or in derivative financial instruments.".
Article 2. To state Item 5 of part 1 of article 44 of the Law in the following edition:
"5) the maximum size of assets of fund which can be invested in the securities issued by one person or persons belonging to the same group or affiliates and also the maximum size of assets of fund on which the fund can conclude derivative financial instruments with one person or person belonging to the same group or affiliates;".
Article 3. In all other articles of the Law of the word "derivative tools" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "derivative financial instruments".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
