About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public and individual notice on the Internet"

Article 1. "About the public and individual notice on the Internet" to state part 3 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 9, 2007 to ZR-172-N in the following edition:
"3. The financial resources provided by part of 1 this Article go for compensation of damage caused as a result of maintaining or maintenance of the website and also for material logistics of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, improvement of quality of the provided services, operating, social and living conditions.
In case of compensation of damage caused as a result of maintaining or maintenance of the website at the expense of means of reserve fund of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or the government budget or other means as a result of insufficiency of extrabudgetary funds the funds allocated for this purpose are recovered by the extrabudgetary funds formed from the payments enforced for the rendered services in placement of the public notice on the website according to the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia. At the same time the amounts received from satisfaction of the return requirements provided by persons which caused damage in the procedure established by the law go for replenishment of extrabudgetary funds.".
Article 2. At the time of the introduction of this Law in force all acts of compensation of the damage caused as a result of maintaining or maintenance of the website, which became effective after June 1, 2014 are subject to execution by the extrabudgetary funds formed from the payments enforced for the rendered services in placement of the public notice.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
