I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 16, 2009 No. 495 "About approval of Rules of conducting budget accounting" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5962, No. 2, by the Art. 368) the following change is published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2010:
in the Rules of conducting budget accounting approved by the specified order:
state Item 58 in the following edition:
"58. On the off-balance account 013 "Budget credits" the budget credits issued from the republican budget and received by budgets of areas, cities of republican value and the capital and also the budget credits issued by regional budgets to budgets of areas (the cities of regional value) are considered.".
2. To department of the budget legislation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ernazarova Z. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
