About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service"

Article 1. In part 10 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 26, 2011 of ZR-172-N "About public service" (further - the Law) words of "the chairman and members of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "the chairman, the vice-chairman and judges of the Constitutional court".
Article 2. From Item 15 of part 1 of article 5 of the Law of the word "members of the Constitutional court" to exclude.
Article 3. From part 2 of article 30 of the Law of the word "members of the Constitutional court," to exclude.
Article 4. From part 1 of article 31 of the Law of the word "members of the Constitutional court," to exclude.
Article 5. To state Item 1 of part 1 of article 36 of the Law in the following edition:
"1) for the judge of the Constitutional court - the affiliates holding judgeship of the Constitutional court;".
Article 6. This Law becomes effective from coming into force of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Constitutional court".
