According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197, to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts of the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on energy saving of October 28, 2003 No. 118 "About approval of the Technical regulation on energy marking of electric equipment of household purpose", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 15, 2004 for No. 45/8644.
2. To department of life support systems and housing policies (Tokarenko V. V.) together with Legal department (Chepelyuk A. V.) provide submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Kruglyak of E.B.
