a) the paragraph one of Item 15 to state in the following edition:
"15. For carrying out monitoring of the prices of the world market of the rough natural diamonds for the purpose of timely modification of price lists of the prices of diamonds natural raw are performed selection and realization of representative batches of the rough natural diamonds according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. The realization of representative batches of the rough natural diamonds is enabled through the federal state unitary enterprise "Almazyuvelireksport Foreign Trade Organization.";
b) add with Item 19.3 of the following content:
