About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 3 of Article 375.1 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"In case the victim with deep arguments objects to the petition for application of the accelerated procedure in court, then the court can make the decision on reduction of legal proceedings in general procedure".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
