About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bankruptcy"

Article 1. ZR-51-N "About bankruptcy" to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 25, 2006 with the Item "z" of the following content:

"h) Fund of compensation created on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of damage caused to life or health of the military personnel during defense of the Republic of Armenia".".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of assumption of office of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of damage caused to life or health of the military personnel during defense of the Republic of Armenia".
