About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funds"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 26, 2008

Article 1. ZR-516-N "About funds" to add article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 2002 with part 5 of the following content:

"5. Features of legal status, the purpose of activities, creation, the charter, governing bodies of fund of securitization, their competences, responsibility, liquidations of fund of securitization are established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About securitization of assets and asset-backed securities".".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
