Article 1. "About funds" to state part 3 of article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 2002 to ZR-516-N in the following edition:
"3. Funds within 30 days after publication of the reporting, the stipulated in Clause 39 these Laws, in writing inform on it the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, having enclosed to copy of the media which published the reporting letter. In case of evasion from publication of the reporting at the scheduled time, notices on it of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia or incomplete publication of the reporting the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia applies the responsibility measures provided the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia. In case of non-execution properly of the requirement about publication of the reporting and the notice in a month after application of the most severe measure of the responsibility provided by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia takes a legal action with the requirement about liquidation of fund.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
