About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funds"

Article 1. In article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funds" (of December 26, 2002, ZR-516-N):

a) it is "possible" to exclude the word from part 2;

c) recognize parts 3 and 4 invalid.

Article 2. In article 5 of the Law:

Article 3. To recognize article 6 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. In article 7 of the Law:
