1. Bring in item 4 of the Section VI of the Regulations on procedure for compensation by Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits of means for deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 9, 2012 No. 14, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 07, 2012 for No. 1548/21860 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 26, 2016 No. 823), the following changes:

in the first offer of paragraph two "-the nonresident" to exclude the word;

the second offer of paragraph two to add with words "(or the documents determined in the third offer of paragraph one of this Item)".

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To provide to department of public relations and financial education placement of this decision on the official website of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the deputy managing director to Rudukh N. E.
