About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About alternative service"

Article 1. "About alternative service" (further - the Law) to state part 1 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 17, 2003 to ZR-6-N in the following edition:
"The citizen who till June 1 or till the November 1 preceding the next appeal in connection with replacement of obligatory military service with alternative service on the basis provided by part 1 of article 3 of this Law addressed the territorial military commissioner in the place of the military accounting, and in connection with which the head of competent authority of public administration, stipulated in Clause 8.1, taking into account the conclusion of the Republican commission on questions of alternative service (further - the Republican commission) goes to alternative service, made the decision on sending to alternative service. The republican commission - permanent body, and is its part п to one representative of the state bodies authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the field of territorial administration, justice, health care, work and social problems, science and education, police and defense, and also division of the office of the Prime Minister coordinating spheres of ethnic minorities and religion. The individual structure of the Republican commission is approved by the Prime Minister. The internal clerical work of the Republican commission performs the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. To recognize part 3 of Article 6 invalid.
Article 3. In part 6 of article 7 of the Law:
1) the first offer after the words "in 30-day time" to add with words ", but no later than for the 25th day preceding the termination of appeal";
2) the last offer to exclude.
