About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2012 No. 290
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2012 No. 290 "About federal state fire supervision" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 17, Art. 1964; 2015, No. 44, Art. 6138; 2016, No. 35, Art. 5326; No. 39, Art. 5669; 2017, No. 2, Art. 364; No. 28, Art. 4149).
2. To federal executive bodies in the field of defense, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, internal affairs, the state protection, foreign intelligence, mobilization preparation and mobilization till December 31, 2018 to provide the direction in the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response of lists of subordinated objects concerning which the specified federal executive bodies do not exercise federal state fire supervision.
