About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About town planning"

Article 1. In article 14.3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 ZR-217 "About town planning" (further - the Law):
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 4 words of "rural municipalities" "the municipalities including exclusively rural settlements";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in part 19 of the word "In Rural Municipalities and City Municipalities with the Population to Fifteen Thousand" "in municipalities with the population to fifteen thousand";
The word "city" to exclude 3) from the first paragraph of part 20, and in the second paragraph shall be replaced with words the word "City" "Specified in the first paragraph of this part";
Shall be replaced with words 4) regarding 21.1 words of "rural municipalities" "the municipalities including exclusively rural settlements".
Article 2. In article 14.4 of the Law:
"The rural and city municipalities having up to 15000 inhabitants" shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "the municipalities having up to 15000 inhabitants";
The word "city" to exclude 2) from part 4.
Article 3. To exclude from the fifth paragraph of article 26 of the Law of the word "City and Rural".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
