Article 1. ZR-80 "About bank secrecy" to add the law of the Republic of Armenia of October 7, 1996 with Article 13.4 of the following content:
"Article 13.4. Provision of bank secrecy of the Commission on ethics of the high-ranking officials
"1. Provision of the Commission on ethics of the high-ranking officials for the purpose of and procedure, the established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the address of credit information and activities of credit bureaus", credit information on the official persons customs applicants provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service" and persons which are members of their family from their consent is not considered announcement of bank secrecy.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2017.
