About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bank secrecy"

Article 1. ZR-80 "About bank secrecy" to add the law of the Republic of Armenia of October 7, 1996 with Article 13.3 of the following content:
"Article 13.3. Provision of bank secrecy to control facilities of the security market of foreign state
Central Bank according to article 102.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market" and in the purposes established by it within exchange of information with competent state bodies in the field of regulation and (or) control of the security market of foreign state can provide to these bodies information containing bank secrecy."
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
