Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2015 No. 1027 "About implementation of measures for suppression illegal productions and (or) turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 41, Art. 5652; 2017, No. 33, Art. 5203).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2015 No. 1027

1. In Rules of export and storage out of the place of withdrawal of the withdrawn ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products specified in subitems 1 - the 3 and 8 Item 1 of article 25 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products and about Restriction of Consumption (Drinking) of Alcoholic Products", and also raw materials, semifinished products, in, transport, consumer pack (packaging), labels, means of packing of consumer pack used for the production of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, federal special brands and excise stamps (including counterfeit) for marking of alcoholic products specified in the subitem 4 of Item 1 of article 25 of the Federal Law, approved by the specified resolution:

a) the paragraph one of Item 2 after words of "municipal needs" to add with the words "and having license for storage of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products";

b) Item 3:

add with words ", and also the name, date and document number based on which withdrawal is made";
