About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Code of road transport No. 150/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 247-248, of the Art. 568), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In part (1) Article 5:
state the concept "taximeter" of the following edition:
"taximeter - the control and cash equipment with fiscal memory, with additional functions of time management and the passable distance, automatic calculation according to the programmed rates and permanent specifying of the payable amount on which at the end of flight the cash register receipt on paper and/or electronically is issued to the client. The procedure for issue and delivery of the cash register receipt on paper and/or electronically affirms the Government;";
in the concepts "ticket" and "luggage ticket" of the word "the control cash register with fiscal memory," shall be replaced with words "the control and cash equipment with fiscal memory on paper and/or electronic form,";
after the concept "program of motor transportation transportations" to add Article with the following concept:
"the single computerized program - the single system of sale of tickets on motor transportation transportation of passengers on paid basis along regular routes which is part of system of the integrated management;".
2. Add Article 7 with part (3) the following content:
"(3) the Central industry body has the right:
a) delegate if necessary some functions to subordinated administrative authorities, except for functions on carrying out state policy, and also public organizations in which acts as the founder;
b) introduce temporary restrictions on change of programs of motor transportation transportations.".
3. Part (5) Article 34 to recognize invalid.
4. In Article 37:
part (to recognize 2) invalid;
part (to add 3) with the offer: "The procedure for calculation of percentage ratio affirms the central industry body.";
