About introduction of amendments to the Law on declaration of public usefulness of works of national value on gas pipeline construction in the Ungen-Chisinau No. 105/2017 direction
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on declaration of public usefulness of works of national value on gas pipeline construction in the Ungen-Chisinau No. 105/2017 direction (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 216-228, 351), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. To state the name of the law in the following edition:
"Law on declaration of public usefulness of works of national value on gas pipeline construction in the Ungen-Chisinau direction and implementation of measures for use, operation and content of the gas pipeline of Yassy-Ungen-Chisinau".
2. Add the law with Articles 5-7 - 5-9 following contents:
"Art. 5-7. - (1) owing to this law to recognize the education, qualification and certification and the valid documents, confirmatory corresponding education, qualification or certification issued by the bodies of member states of the European Union authorized according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the relevant states, to specialists/personnel directly or indirectly attracted under the contract or on other bases with the State company "Vestmoldtransgaz" or its successor of the rights and obligations only for performance of works on construction and/or reconstruction, use, operation and/or content of the gas pipeline in the direction of Yassy-Ungen-Chisinau.
(2) In part sense (1) recognition of education, qualification and certification and the relevant documents assumes automatic, plenary and untied confession of education / professional training (including diplomas and other education documents), qualifications (including certificates on qualification and other similar documents) and professional competence of these persons based on the relevant documents issued by bodies of member states of the European Union without the need for additional passing of other forms of education, delivery of other tests or examinations or receipt of other similar education documents in the Republic of Moldova.
