About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. In Item 3 of part 1 of article 72 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 14, 1999 of ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) words" (for compensation of the damage caused to owners and users)" shall be replaced with words "compensations of the damage caused to persons (including as a result of administration) (except as specified return of the amounts collected in the government budget from the corresponding acquisition accounts in the government budget), and recoveries of the means established by part 1.1 of this Article".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 72 of the Law with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) other directions established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. To add article 72 of the Law with parts 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:
"1.1. In case of insufficiency of means of the reserve fund indemnification caused as a result of administration of administrative authority, performing state registration of the rights and restrictions on property it is performed at the expense of means of reserve fund of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or other means of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia. The means provided for this purpose are recovered at the expense of means of reserve fund according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
1.2. The amounts received from satisfaction of the return requirements imposed on officials in the procedure established by the law go for replenishment of reserve fund.".
Article 4. To add part 6 of article 72 of the Law after the words "procedure for use" with the words "and first priority".
