Article 1. The Item "in" part 3 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 13, 2003 of ZR-1-N "About games with prize, games with prize on the Internet and gaming houses" to state in the following edition:
"c) the gaming house and (or) the mechanized game with prize and (or) game with direct Internet prize (by means of gaming house) can be organized (is licensed) within the investing program more than 40 billion dram approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia if this amount is invested in one place - in places and according to the criteria established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia. At the same time within one investing program installed by this Item only in the place of investment it can be organized one gaming house and (or) the mechanized game with prize and (or) game with direct Internet prize (by means of gaming house) both the individual investor, and one of other co-investors making joint investment in case of written consent (is licensed).".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
