About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About fire safety"

Article 1. In article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About fire safety" (on April 18, 2001, ZR-176, further - the Law) the word "enters" shall be replaced with words "and the state fire inspection enters".

Article 2. To add article 12 of the Law with the Item "B. 1" of the following content:

". 1) state fire inspection;".

Article 3. In article 13 of the Law:

a) add heading with the words "and state fire inspection";

b) from part of 1 Article of the word "exercises the state supervision of observance of fire-proof regulating documents", and - to exclude the words "The Charter about the State Fire Inspection and" from part 2;

c) to add parts 3 and 4 after words of "service" with the words "and state fire inspection";

d) add new part of the following content:

"The state fire inspection exercises the state supervision of observance of requirements of fire-proof regulating documents, according to the procedure, established by the law of the Republic of Armenia, performs, applies measures of the administrative responsibility. Forms of instructions, the conclusions issued by the state fire inspection, and the made decisions the head of authorized body establishes.".

Article 4. In parts 1, of 2, of the 3 and 7 article 20 of the Law of the word "fire service" shall be replaced with words "fire inspection".
