According to Item "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in compliance with the provisions of the law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and utility property" the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine DECIDED: 11 parts three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine
1. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine, State commission on securities and the stock market, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of November 16, 1998 No. 2141/297/9 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for sale in the course of privatization on the stock exchanges of blocks of shares of joint-stock companies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 1998 for No. 798/3238 (with changes).
2. Declare invalid the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of July 26, 2002 No. 226-r "About approval of the Regulations on sale of single property complexes of the state companies which on classification of subjects to privatization are carried to groups B, G", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 25, 2002 for No. 784/7072 (with changes).
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
