About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (3) articles VIII of the Law on modification and amendments in some legal acts No. 290/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, as Art. No. 478-490, 964) to recognize invalid.
Art. II. - In article 33 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
part (4-1) after the word "realization" to add with the word "/review";
add Article with part (4-2) following of content:
"(4-2) Review of the old-age pensions granted till January 1, 2019 are made depending on the insurance years of service gathered after realization of pension entitlement on age according to the schedule provided in table 1-1.
