About introduction of amendments to the laws of Ukraine concerning the solution of some questions of debt of the companies of defense industry complex - members of Ukroboronprom State concern before the state aggressor and/or the state invader and ensuring their stable development
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About pledge" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 47, the Art. 642):
Article 24 to add 1) with part two of the following content:
"Provisions of this Article do not extend to the pledge relations if pawnbroker is the legal entity of the state recognized as the state aggressor and/or the state invader in relation to Ukraine or the legal entity with foreign investments or overseas enterprise of the state aggressor and/or the state invader, and the debtor - the company of defense industry complex brought in the list of the objects of state-owned property having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state";
Article 56 to add 2) with words and figures "except the cases provided by part two of article 24 of this Law".
2. In article 81 of the Law of Ukraine "About private international law" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 32, Art. 422; 2014, No. 12, Art. 178):
add part one with the words "except the cases provided by part two of this Article";
add with part two of the following content:
"2. In Ukraine foreign judgements on cases on debt collection from the company of the defense industry complex brought in the list of the objects of state-owned property having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state for benefit of the legal entity of the state aggressor and/or the state invader or the legal entity with foreign investments or overseas enterprise of the state aggressor and/or the state invader cannot be acknowledged and performed".
