About introduction of amendments and changes in the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 36 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 (further - the Code):

1) the second paragraph of part 5 after the word "procedure" to add with words ", requirements to determination of regulations of removal and preserving and use of the removed fertile layer";

Part 7 to state 2) in the following edition:

"7. For the purpose of health protection of the person and the surrounding environment the Government establishes general requirements to protection of the soil from pollution, the list of the hazardous substances contaminating the soil, maximum permissible regulations of the hazardous substances contaminating the soil, evaluation procedure of degree of impurity of the soil.";

To add 3) with part 9 of the following content:

"9. For the purpose of implementation of actions for recovery of the broken soils the Government establishes requirements to recultivation of soils and classification of the broken soils by the directions of recultivation.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
