Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 7, 2017 No. 148 "About procedure for the direction joint-stock company of notifications to shareholders through depositary system of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2017 for No. 408/30276 (with changes), such changes:
in heading and Item 1 of the word "joint-stock company" to exclude;
in Item 5:
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
