About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance of savings of physical persons"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 2, 2011 "About insurance of savings of physical persons" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 7-8, of Art. 6 12; 2015, No. 11, Art. 973) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- from paragraph two of the word "revocation of license of credit institution" to exclude;

- add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"-intermediate bank - the bank created for acceptance of assets, obligations and/or accomplishment of tasks credit the organizations, being under temporary administration, performing separate banking activities;".

2. To add part 1 of Article 6 with the paragraph the seventh the following content:

"-according to Article 31 (1) this Law participates by means of financing in restructuring of credit institution which implies transfer of insured savings of other credit institution, including to intermediate bank, in workmanship of obligations on insurance indemnity of the savings provided by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About National Bank of Tajikistan" and this Law;".

3. Add with Article 10 (1) the following content:

"Article 10 (1). Financing in intermediate bank

In case of allocation of the capital by Fund for intermediate bank, stocks of intermediate bank are transferred to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan instead of government securities within 1 month.".
