The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of sources of ionizing radiation which activities on use are exempted from licensing it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid, the list of sources of ionizing radiation, activities for which use are exempted from licensing, N1718 "Some Questions of State Regulation of Activities on Use of Sources of Ionizing Radiation" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 16, 2000 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, N 47, by the Art. 2034).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
